Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning advice, including investment strategies, risk management, estate planning, and tax considerations.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments to understand client goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Proactively engage with clients to review and update financial plans as needed.
Business Development:
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships.
- Actively seek and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Investment Management:
- Guide clients through investment decisions, ensuring alignment with their risk tolerance and financial goals.
- Monitor client portfolios and make necessary adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives.
- Stay informed on market trends and investment opportunities.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all applicable industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7years of experience as a Wealth Advisor or Financial Advisor.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing client relationships.
- Extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Strong understanding of investment principles, financial planning concepts, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
- CFP® designation preferred.
